For only $10 per month, if you experience a problem with your service, BTC Broadband will first diagnose the trouble and if the problem is determined to come from internal wire or jacks of your home or office, BTC Broadband will repair the trouble at no additional cost.*

BTC Total Care is an optional add-on service provided to you to help avoid unexpected costs and have your service repaired in a timely manner, should they experience trouble. BTC Total Care is $10 per month with a 12-month agreement.

BTC Total Care provides a cost-effective, comprehensive, simple solution for customers that provides in-home technician services for internal wiring repair.

If you choose to decline the BTC Total Care protection plan, any issues detected on the customer’s side of the network that require a tech visit, the full standard rate of $120 will be charged. Other restrictions apply.

Internal Wiring
We will handle the repair and replacement of inside wires and jacks damaged by normal wear-and-chews. Includes wiring from the internet and telephone modem into the dwelling. This also includes installed or existing fittings, splitters, amplifiers, and outlets. Examples include:
- Any wiring from our modem to the customers device
- Rodent chew damage
- Repairment of wiring and jacks associated with older homes.
Technical DIY Training
We will provide user-friendly technology training and support to customers for common questions such as placement of equipment, how to connect devices to your network, navigating our app, provided BTC equipment, and other BTC services.
3rd-Party Issue Detection
We understand that some customers would prefer to use their own internet equipment. With BTC Total Care, our technicians will be able to assist with identify any potential interferences due to 3rd-party equipment, which may cause service interruptions.
