BTC will be performing maintenance on our Radius servers tonight. Our scheduled maintenance window is midnight to 6 am. We expect to have a 5-minute period within our maintenance window when the Radius server is not available to authenticate customer premise equipment. If your equipment is on-line before we start our maintenance, you should remain connected during our maintenance window. If you attempt to reboot your BTC router during the 5 minutes when the Radius server is unavailable, and your service does not reconnect, please wait 5 minutes and reboot your router again. If you still do not have service, please call our customer support number at (918) 366-8000, and select Business (option 2) or Residential customer (option3), then select Technical support (option 2).
